Have you had an issue with DSM 7.2.1 where the fans run at full speed, internal NVMe drives and NVMe drives in PCIe cards are missing from storage manager?
This was fixable in 7.2 update 2 and update 3 by setting power_limit = "100,100,100,100" in model.dtb but that is not working in 7.2.1
