Unfortunately I can't show screenshots due to the nature of the issue.

When loading save data the game will hang after leaving the loading screen; there will be audio and the mini-map & subtitles are visible but there is no game image just a black screen, you can move around but it will be slow, alt-tabbing in and out restores it to normal.
The game will regularly crash when enemies encounter you just before the battle starts.
