FINAL FANTASY XIII no cutscenes #208

i installed the game, started GeDoSaToUpdater.exe. then i started gedosatotool and after that i started FINAL FANTASY XIII through FFXiiiLauncher.exe. i can play the game but have no cutscenes :(
