Just use the Master Branch from here, download it, extract it and in the Folder "pack" you'll find GeDoSaToTool.exe - works.
I think I have the same issue. It tells the pointer to a file tried to be moved before the file was create.
Apologies if this is not the right place but I've been trying for a couple days now to no avail.
I upgraded to Windows 10 and I'm trying to install GeDoSaTo but it doesn't even go through the first screen. This is what I get:
See the end of this message for details on invoking just-in-time (JIT) debugging instead of this dialog box.

** JIT Debugging ** To enable just-in-time (JIT) debugging, the .config file for this application or computer (machine.config) must have the jitDebugging value set in the system.windows.forms section. The application must also be compiled with debugging enabled.
For example:
When JIT debugging is enabled, any unhandled exception will be sent to the JIT debugger registered on the computer rather than be handled by this dialog box.
Any ideas what is happening? I formatted my computer last week and it was working just fine. Now I upgraded to W10 and this is happening...
