Errors after pip installation. Popups not working #3

Hi: I was trying to use this program but I noticed the popups were not working and prompts didn't close. So after reinstalling it a couple of times, I decided to record the process and discover this two things. Could this be the root of my problem? Thanks in advice thumbnail_IMG_9937 thumbnail_IMG_9938
