Add punishment option for wrong prompt text #46

Like set shorter timer delay and/or higher frequency %s for a specified amount of time (like 10 minutes).

prompt.json could have a "punishmentMoods" setting - for the punishment time further prompts will use those moods instead of the normal moods.
