The error in the logs is "CRITICAL:failed to start popup
module 'PIL.Image' has no attribute 'ANTIALIAS'"
All that happens is the wallpaper changes and thats it. My cursor loads and i see a black command prompt pop up every now and then. thats it.
Ive excluded the whole folder in my antivirus, turned off my real-time threat protection, and ive tried reinstalling and tried using a different pack. even official ones.
