There must be a bug related to arcs that are drawn in the "coarsed" net after applying the coarse node options. The arcs are visible in "coarsed" net but not on the top-level. Even after saving, closing, reopening they are not appearing. They only appear if edit the respective input nodes or coarse on the top-level or draw another arc to those. I tested this for the snoopy beta version of 2017.
