Automatically grab data for every country #4

In 'Get data', automatically get and save the data for every country instead of having to enter every country and run it manually. Perhaps we could also add in a function doing it that we could put into the analysis file, as well as create_dfs, thereby allowing us to run everything from that file.

oops, forgot to put it in a pull request! but added now. there's a function in get_data which will get data for all countries
