install dotenv package to establish env vars

Instructions on how to leverage environment variables.

cd server - get into the server file from the root directory
touch .env - create a .env file t host your environment varaiables.
In server/.env create a key value pair like so: DB_PASSWORD=whateverItIs
- Make sure that the value is not a string (ie: "string")
run server to make sure it works.
