Move third-party code to a git submodule #101

It's not, but as the third-party code was moved to a submodule, one either needs to clone with "--recurse-submodules" or run "git submodule update --init --recursive" afterwards.

Sorry for bother you. I have dazed with sleep this morning (GMT+8), the comment was only existing for senconds.
