Improve README #18

  1. From the README I can't figure out if you only support JPEG or even TIFF files.
  2. Perhaps you can compare your solution with the align_image_stack (from hugin-tools) combined with enfuse. What are the pro and cons of your tool.

As for comparison, I'll leave that to independent third parties.
