@yicheng2023 I suggest you first ask Google for these. But as you already created this issue, I am answering. There are 2 solutions I can think of right now;

Because the error says that it could not connect to the Discord servers in time. Let me know if this helps!

Easy fix! Just go to the Discord developers dashboard of your bot and make sure you have enabled these intents Discord bot intents
