Option to exclude duplicates that are manually opened #77

This is an excellent addon.

Is there a possibility to add an option to exclude duplicates that are manually opened by right clicking on the tab?

I added a URL in the whitelisted URLs option but when I tried opening duplicates from that URL, they are still getting blocked. Am I missing something?
