  1. Look through and determine what the best / most popular third-party Django apps exist (that we don't already know of).
  2. Consolidated documentation on how to configure the app for use in your project after install
  3. Provide a project template that includes some of the best generic-use ones (like South)

My base requirements.txt that I've been passing around is probably a bit outdated, with stray unnecessary packages all over the place. Re-generate it from scratch.
