There are a lot of other projects that Prometheus is heavily influenced by (HTML5 Boilerplate, etc).
Figure out an easy way on a schedule to track what version of these "upstream" projects we've previous looked at, diff them with their current versions, and manually review the changes to look for improvements in Prometheus. Ideally we'd do this every 3 months or so.
