Changelog:

Github action to build and deploy to pages
Remove files related to signed clients because they don't work
Change tab title and favicon to match Shadow Client
Replace favicon.png with favicon.ico
Add servers to server list
Implement safe launch from eaglerforge
Add skip countdown button to loading screen
Change 'this file is from date' to 'shadow client version'
Change the code of the title screen to show 3 rows on left and 1 on bottom
Change title screen strings
Update game assets to 1.18
Re-add game music to the web version only (offline crashes with it)
Move shadow client assets to its own namespace
Include instructions on how to build manually in README.md
Add RunClient.sh and RunClient.bat
Add myself to the credits
