Add and use table fields for "amount" and "cost" to more granularly handle the direct casting of various Angel's intermediates used in Angel's Industries component overhaul. Additionally, change gear casting ratio so that tier one gear casting isn't unintentionally better than tiers two and three.

I made these changes for a game I'm playing through right now with a friend, and decided I might as well turn it into an actual pull request so others could benefit.
