For the actions field of some hazards, the text of some abilities has been split into a separate entry in the actions list. This appears to happen mostly when there's a DC in the hazard text.

Look at e.g. Call of the Void hazard.

Medium. It's partially readable on the website because of the chosen formatting, but the data is incorrect and there's other cases where it breaks in less readable ways.

I'm happy to send a PR to fix this in the data but this looks so consistent that I'm wondering if this is actually generated by some script. In which case it's probably better to fix the issue in the script.
