Packaging naming guidelines #156

so far, we have 2 packages - AUR and nix. the two have different names - amber-bash and amber-lang

the problem will unfold later if more people would package it to different systems with different names.

i propose that we require all future packages to use amber-bash, to avoid name clash with amber-lang.net
