Add 2nd gen pokemon #97

Hello, I've tried to add basic data from the 2nd gen Pokemon. I'm not sure if the syntax is correct, but I've tried to copy the existing one. I don't know how to work in dev mode with docker and this project, so I haven't tested this changes. I'm open to make improvements, just let me know if you have comments.
