Good Points
I made a variety of content which included a mixture of tutorials and engaging pieces. Towards the second half of the month, I startes using the correct colours for Agent Wars (which are so pretty). Also I posted content on variety of platforms and two Web3 based platforms (Grill Chat and now I am on Farcaster)
Bad Points
I didn't post any Youtube videos for this month. Also I would have liked a higher reach on some of the posts.
How To Improve
Improve the quality and content of the videos I started making on Youtube so they can be helpful. Work on the reach of my content by being more active and relatable.
COMMUNITY MANAGEMENT
I participated in monitoring the PhalaWorld, Phala Telegram, Phala Africa Telegram, and Phala Discord to eliminate spam, bots, malicious content, engage and answer questions of the community. There has been a high rise of bots lately. Also try to address negative feedback to the best of my ability. See examples below:
Researching and planning on ways to increase community engagement and improve teamwork and productivity within the Phala Africa team. I've also spent time evaluating what I have done so far.
Made a workspace for us to track our tasks on Notion. We will have a chat about it in July during our community call rehearsal.
Active participation in the community ambassador channel. I asked for feedback on CM related things and conveyed some community sentiments to the team. I regularly participate in CM discussions with other ambassadors and sometimes team members.

In June, I tried different ways of marketing Phala Network. My efforts were multi-faceted and targeted across various platforms to maximize reach and engagement. On Polkaverse, I posted updates, shared insights, and engaged in discussions about Phala Network's latest developments, particularly AI Agent Contracts. My posts generated significant engagement, with a noticeable increase in followers and interactions. On X, I maintained a consistent posting schedule, sharing updates, news, and engaging content.
Telegram was another key platform where I participated in group discussions, sharing insights and updates about Phala Network. My active participation helped in resolving queries and providing valuable information to community members. I've also started using Farcaster and broadening my presence into the Base community to contribute to spreading Phaal's influence to other communities.
I promoted Phala Network’s events and updates across all platforms, sharing event details, creating buzz, and encouraging participation. This contributed to attendance and engagement. Beyond posting, I've interacted with content related to Phala Network by liking, commenting, and retweeting posts from ambassadors, partners, and team members. My efforts contribute to an increase in community engagement and active participation in discussions.
I played my role in our call by doing the following:
• Guiding the organization of the call:
Initiated polls and discussions about various aspects of organising and doing tasks; delegated roles; brainstorming ideas for the event; tracked progress and finalizing details.
• Made the banner for the announcement of the event:
• We got some new members who joined the local telegram group after the call and engaged with us on the group (one of which has technical skills and spoke with us on the group). There were attendees present who managed to learn about Phala's updated focus. Some of the new members and call attendees applied for the ambassador programme.

In June I've increased my contributions and resumed my regular activity. I tried different ways of contributing and did research for ways to improve our team collaboration and build our local community. My fellow ambassadors and myself at Phala Africa are working well together and we're coming up with ways to grow Phala Africa. Looking forward to July where I have many new things to do and learn. Phala is moving fast with updates so I will do my best to share the updates with the community, make informative content and work hard + smart for Phala.
