July was a busy month filled with updates and activities. Despite that, I managed to create content covering the latest developments, including TEEs, AI Computation, AI Agents, and Agent Wars.
Recently, the engagement on the post has increased. I have seen a notice in likes, comments, and shares, which indicates that the content is connecting well with the audience and attracting more interaction than before.
Bad points
Although engagement has improved, more effort is still needed, particularly in increasing the amount of content and to boost this further, I will consider expanding my content in different categories such as creating video posts, infographics, and interactive content.
How to improve
Creating different types of content, with different formats like videos, infographics, podcasts, and interactive posts. Variety can keep your audience engaged and attract different types of viewers.
Promoting my content on social media and also in other channels to increase on the reach and engagement.

I organized our first Africa offline event in Kampala, Uganda, which turned out to be a success. The event attracted a vibrant mix of developers, students, and blockchain enthusiasts. We talked about Phala Network and its integration with AI, presenting an informative and interactive session. Attendees actively participated by asking detailed questions, sharing their own insights, and engaging in discussions. The event also provided excellent networking opportunities, allowing participants to connect and collaborate with like-minded individuals.
Also a big thanks to our Community Lead, Scarlet, for her crucial role in preparing for the event, ensuring that both the pre-event and post-event documentation were written well. I also want to thank my fellow ambassadors for their support in sharing our advertising posts, which significantly boosted the reach and engagement of our content.
Good Points:
The turnout was exactly as I had hoped, with 34 individuals registering through Luma and 30 showing up for the event. Among the 30 attendees, the audience was well-diversified: 15 were developers, 10 were students, and 5 were non-developers. This mix contributed to an engaging discussion throughout the event.
The engagement on our posts was great, leading to a significant boost in our Phala Africa follow-up. We had an increase in our follower count, rising from 135 before the event campaign to 184 afterward. This growth reflects the positive impact of our outreach efforts.
I also invited the individuals who attended our event, and 25 of them joined our Phala Africa Telegram group, while others joined the Agent Wars Telegram group. It was a great experience for everyone, particularly with the opportunity to interact with the AIAgent Bots. Additionally, it was wonderful to see them sharing their experiences on

While the event was successful, there are areas for improvement. Gathering more structured feedback from attendees could offer valuable insights for future events. Additionally, enhancing our marketing efforts could help increase both registration and attendance.

Collect Detailed Feedback through using surveys or feedback forms to gather structured input from attendees. This will provide valuable insights for refining future events.

I had the chance to network with developers who attended our event and successfully connected with their team lead. They expressed strong interest in learning more about Phala Network and exploring opportunities to build on it.

On July 26th, we held our monthly X Space on integrating crypto and AI for a more accessible Web3. The event saw a great turnout, with many new participants joining. Muhammed hosted the session, and I had the privilege of being one of the panelists.
As a speaker, I was asked two questions:
