Analytics on the 3 last mont (to present an overview of my last work on the youtube channel)

How many people increased or decreased? Why? The number of users grows during the 3 months due to the creation of several content as tutorial, Lore video and Marvin Tong Interview. The Lore video has been translated in 5 languages French " English, Italian, Spanish and Korean" and push a big interest of the community on PhalaWorld The Marvin interview is translated in 3 languages French - English and Italian and was also appreciated.
What was bad? The 2 AMA were good with many questions from the community but due too a lack of communication skill on the social media FR weren't really efficient according to the number of user.
How can I improve this next month? Best communication plan to promote content and AMA with the same day and hour to organise the live session. We need to continue to translate good content in several language to boost visibility and adoption.

The interview was really appreciate and I think it s a content to continue and create several time during the year to update follower on the vision of Phala. Event :
I've also promote Phala during 1 main event in June. Polkadot Decoded in Berlin. I made decision to go to Berlin at my coast to meet several Polkadot ecosystem actors and creators to continue the networking started during PBW Paris and BlockDown in Croatia. It will get to 2 collaborations with 2 NFT creators who want to create PhalaNetwork edition of their project and Highlight the visibility on PhalaWorld and Phalanetwork. One of the Project is the Bored Apes or one of the biggest NFT project on RMRK and Dotsama. All the contacts and the networking were really usefull to promote and explain Phala and Phalaworld to NFT creators and others parachains developper. The participation of ambassador to the major Crypto Convention is really usefull.
AMA
I've also participated to a dailys AMA on the account of Polkadot Francophonie
We have made 2 daily AMA in June and we will have 1 AMA every week in July.. In every AMA I will explain Phala and present the news on the network and on Phalaworld.

And I've participated to a Live discussion On metaverse with several speakers from Bitcountry - Logion - The Sandbox - Journalist ( la tribune a famous economic french news paper) and VC from Belgium. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_i-EGrorkaw I've present phala shortly at the end and promote the technology and independance of the Phala solution to the big project it was directly on the "mind" of Web3.
Conclusion:
A lot of work and many project who will come in July and August to help Phala to be more visible and drag a biggest community. My next step will be to create more video and article on Phala and start to animated Live Stream around the Idea of Web 3 and decentralisation provided by our system.. The tutorials also and continue to promote us in physical during the convention. A lot to do :) Thanks for reading. best regards
