November was a very good month in my opinion. I had the chance to intervene in an event that got a good visibility. Since then, @medhi, the organizer of this event has joined our discord as well as some of his followers.
I spent a lot of time to animate the discord to make it a welcoming place with a good spirit. I tryed to favorise the oral exchanges rather than written discussions and it worked very well. The proximity is a good thing to favorise interactions.
I think our discord is becoming the place to be in our fr dotsama ecosys because some people who are boring by the bear sesaon are constating there is a lot of activity in the Phala house. So we try to catch the benefices of this situation.
my participation for November remains constant and daily compared to the other months. But the result in terms of progression is very good. Even if the current month, will explode everything!🎉
So i think that a score of 95 is representative.

Our FR community got 1 Legendary (the number #1) and 2 Magics for a total of 38 Shells NFTs. For the incubation we are organized around a spredsheet that determines who feeds who. Mining
Our community has 10 miners to date and 5 people or groups of people are in the process of starting up. More are expected to arrive. I have a meeting to organize with 3 interested people.
Mining the PhalaNetwork takes time and requires some skills. Mining your first PHAs gives you a great feeling of satisfaction. We will add to that NFT!!! Great new for us, bad new for Scammers. As I explained last month, I changed the captcha bot to an open source solution which I store on my hardware. We were able to block the automatic bots but many scammers were able to get through manually.... I asked to an another member of our community (@janema) to recoded our captcha solution to hack it ! No more scammers have been able to get through the front door since !!!!!! Victory !!! I'm thinking of asking for a tip for this Phala OG too !
