Replace missing box art with the text/title of the "game" #237

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Currently, while you are not likely to run into such instances, a "game" which will never have box art shows in a way that is unidentifiable without hovering over it.

Describe the solution you'd like Replace "No Box Available" with the title of the "game."

Additional context In this case, the "game" is an update that needs to be run on the existing installation. The only way GV currently supports this, is to have a second entry. But "Cool Game Patch 1.2.3.4" is obviously not a game title. And giving it the same box art as the original game will lead to confusion of a different variety.

While this will one day likely be corrected with the "extra files" section which has been discussed, this change would alleviate issues with the current workaround.

That's actually a great idea. Using a generated image with a random color gradient and just the game title would be really cool, especially for slower servers or internet connections.
