"Starting" GameVault when already open but not focused does nothing #347

Describe the bug "Starting" GameVault when already open but not focused does nothing. GV should grab focus and come to the front of other screens.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Open a GameVault window
  2. Put another window in front of it
  3. "Start" GameVault again through a shortcut or the start menu
  4. GameVault stays behind the window

Expected behavior GV should be moved to the front of other windows, and grab focus.

Implemented
