Weird format of unknown release years

I have a game that doesn't have a release year specified, therefore it's listed as null.

In the user interface, it's presented as follows:

The question mark seems out of place as it may imply the game's title is a question. To address this, instead of displaying a question mark, I propose simply showing the title without any additional characters:

Fixed. Empty Release year will nit be shown.
