Create Receiver Email - Githubissues

We are now able to send emails through Flask. This meant adding 2FA to the waterequitable@gmail.com to be able to send emails through python code, which limits the accessibility.

Task:

Create a new email available for everyone on the Saltcast team (ie SaltCast@gmail.com)
Replace Receiver Email in App.py
