Hi! My project uses hypertherm plasma source, it has a voltage divider available. My circuit was redesigned from the information I found on google. I have never tested it before, so it is not clear the value.

In the picture! Inductors and capacitors have the noise filter and blocking HF (pilot arc). I think <5uH and about 470nF600V

hyperterm uses 1:50 or 1:20 volt divider?
It's multi optional. I used 1:50, max output voltage is 6V. But averaging about 2-3V (equivalent to 100-150V plasma voltage)
