Is there any way to obtain the Snowdin Scroll? It has no recipe according to the recipe browser, no mention in the code, nor is there documentation on if an enemy drops the item.

Obtained from Everscreams, With a 12.5% chance in normal... and 10% chance in expert.. accidentally swapped the chances lol
