Kill Streak Hotbar item #7

In the description of all the killstreaks, there's maybe 2-3 lines of text. They're unable to be read, as even in fullscrean mode, half of the text runs off the screen. Maybe make each line shorter and have 4-5 lines of text?

I may have a split workaround. However these are still configurable
