Adding flip parameter to plotIdeogram #103

This satisfies issue #102

I realized that I forked the release branch but these updates should probably go on the devel branch, so let me know if I need to change or re-do the pull request to get things in the right places. The only file I actually changes is plotIdeogram.R. Thanks!
