Aziella shooting slows down system #151

Now this only slows down the system as long as the bolt is still underway, but it should be taken to mind, and some optimization may be required

I'll leave this the way it is... In later tests the slowdown wasn't too much, so I deem it likely other things were in the way, and gameplay technical this doesn't hurt too much anyway...
