Hi, this is a well-organized pipeline that will facilitate readers in practicing within their projects. However, I cannot find the detailed information regarding the corresponding literature, which poses a challenge for me to fully understand the process. Could you please provide a DOI or other publication information if the article is published?

Thanks for your interest. The pipeline pertains to the methodology section of our genome report article, which is currently undergoing review. A preprint version has been submitted to bioRxiv and can be accessed at https://doi.org/10.1101/2024.03.08.584125.

Hi, I notice that you used the BRAKER3 pipeline to predict your protein-coding genes and cited the corresponding literature. As far as I know, the BRAKER3 article has been published in the journal Genome Research several days ago (https://www.genome.org/cgi/doi/10.1101/gr.278090.123). Therefore, So you can consider citing the published version instead of the previous bioRxiv preprint.😜
