More map logic updates

• Significant improvements to map logic optimization (#51)
  • Fewer updates happen when reloading or resetting the page
  • Only affected maps are checked when updating availability, significantly improving performance for most checks
  • All single-check and single-area items should update with no noticeable delay
  • Some delay may still be noticeable when selecting boot/hammer upgrades or partners (especially Bombette) as these affect many checks across the game
  • Completing a map check now only updates the corresponding map
  • Fewer updates happen when selecting or unselecting a Star Spirit
  • Only boot/hammer upgrades and chapter keys will update the map on right-click
• Fixed an issue where chapter keys did not update the map
• Updated Koopa Koot logic to require chapter 1 for later checks
• Letters to Koover will now update the map appropriately
