Add item checks for upcoming Partner Upgrade Shuffle setting

The upcoming Partner Upgrade Shuffle adds 40 new item locations, which might be helpful to have on the map tracker.

The setting turns partner upgrades from Super Blocks into unique items, 2 per partner. You will be able to choose from:

• Partner Upgrade Shuffle: Off => Vanilla Super Blocks
• Partner Upgrade Shuffle: Super Block Locations => Turns vanilla Super Blocks into Yellow Blocks, then places the 16 partner upgrade items randomly into these locations
• Partner Upgrade Shuffle: Full Shuffle => Turns vanilla Super Blocks into Yellow Blocks, then puts the 16 partner upgrade items into the misc item pool to be shuffled anywhere. The vanilla Super Block locations may then hold other items.

This setting interacts with the "Shuffle Super/Multicoin Blocks" setting. If that setting is turned on, then the locations of Super Blocks are picked first, and those new locations then count as vanilla Super Block locations for "Partner Upgrade Shuffle".
