https://github.com/PhantomCreation/wslave/blob/master/base/config/deploy/staging.rb#L80 is a very non-elegant way to implement this. If any MySQL wizards out there know how to do this more cleanly a patch would be very very much appreciated.

Partially revised for v0.0.18, but the issue of URL replacement in regular strings persists.
