How to revert changes #30

Hi, I know this isn't really an issue, but I have a question. How can I completely remove/revert all the changes the program made to Steam? I found the CSS files in steamui and clientui, and deleted the Steam cache from within the program. Steam "updates" after that. Are there any other locations it touched?
