enable AMI interface and change to reflect most recent structure of AMI messages from chan_sccp_b

Remove duplicate calls from sccpsettings to improve responsiveness

Add clarity to SCCP Info to help debugging

SoftKeys still uses oldinterface not AMI as further debugging required.

Much appreciated hep from @dkgroot in debugging and pushing to GitHub
