Title cleanup #18

On CurseForge, if the addon is "popular", html markup for a gif is shown in the title of addons in the matching process (see [1]). On WoWInterface there's a similar issue with html markup for recently updated addons (see [2])

There also seems to be issues with handling escaped characters in raw HTML, such as &nbsp; and &#x27;.
