Add PDF support via PDF output module.

Hi, was the pdf issue solved or just closed?

If it was solved, wonderful! If not, I could explain how my script that automatically converts the HTML reports to the pdf like this: pharmcat.example.hard-filtered.pdf

This issue is for tracking direct PDF output from PharmCAT. We are still planning to do this.

Issue #129 mainly discussed HTML to PDF conversion. I implemented the CSS fixes you recommended, so closed that issue. Yes, we would like details on how you are converting the HTML reports to PDF. Feel free to re-open and post your details there.
