We need to update the documentation to no longer refer to PharmCAT as being in "pre-release".
This should be the last bit of work we do right before tagging the v1.0 release.
I'm going to keep a running list of anyplace I find that has text that needs to be updated.

If you see any more places please comment and I can add them to the list.
