@BinglanLi As a tip: when you're doing a dependency update it's best to do it in it's own commit not bundled up with other changes that aren't directly tied to that update (for example, I see this update is mainly about detecting commas in VCF samples). Keeping it isolated helps in case it needs to be rolled back or if we want to move it over to another branch without pulling over unrelated changes.

We can keep this commit as-is, it shouldn't be a problem, but this is just a tip for when you have to do this type of thing next time.
