Do you want to request a feature or report a bug? bug though minor
What is the expected behavior? sample in the pharmcat_position.vcf.bgz should be renamed to avoid overlap with the input VCF
- PharmCAT Version: v1.2.0
- JDK Version: [ JDK8 | OpenJDK | etc ]
- Environment: [ Windows | macOS | Linux distro | etc ]

This is no longer a problem after the fix for #78.
