Data format #507

Dates are showing up across application in both the MM/DD and DD/MM format which is confusing. Can you use single format across entire platform?

@Mastaleru @Ana-ui in clinical site/trial participant ssaps I don't have data for health data/health studies/medical data so I couldn't verify the data formats in those pages.
