How the Completed status should be triggered when all visits were handed by the doctor?

Now, this status can be set to patient only manually, but we also have the status End Of Treatment.

I have the idea to set this status when all the procedures are completed.

@cosmintuca I have the following not properly working scenario:

I have 3 visits like in the image above.

1. On the first visit I set all procedures completed
2. On the second visit I set all procedures completed.
3. On the third visit I set all procedures completed.

Thus that, the patient status is not changed to Completed. If I go to one of the visits, mark the procedures completed and update them, the patient status will be changed to Completed.
