[SITE] Notifications Improvements

1. Change one the breadcrumb segment from Notifications list to notification type( e.g. Trial Updates)
2. Rename Consent Updates to Inform Consent Updates
3. Move trial consents updates from old Consent Updates to Trial updates category
4. Add better recommended action. e.g. instead of view trial -> view consent
5. Present the patient name instead of patient anonymous DID in the notifications body.
