Sub task 2: refactor mapping engine to support recovery mode of the DSUs that cant be normally updated because of he missing bricks (@skutner)
Possible strategy for recovery method:
case 1: check const DSUs brick map existence (using bricking APIs). Recreate the missing brick
case 2: check mutable DSUs brick map existence (using bricking APIs)
case 3: read metadata from mutable DSU
In cases 2 and 3 try to create a new version, based on the last good one
