System logs in JSON #991

image Juraj took a look at https://geth.ethereum.org/docs/interface/command-line-options and found an option to set log format to JSON. Would you please add the --log.json flag to the Helm Chart (from MSD/Cheryl)

Sub tasks 1: Quorum logs as in image Sub tasks 2: flag for sending logs as JSON (dsiabled in development, enabled by default in helm charts) Sub tasks 3: hook for all console.logs to send logs using opendsu logging Sub tasks 4: check mandatory fields as in DS/FS/URS
